Delivery Manager
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and driven Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology initiatives across our organisation. In this role, you'll ensure projects and programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while meeting business objectives and creating value for our customers.
As a hands-on leader, you'll work across multiple initiatives simultaneously, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver complex outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, navigate ambiguity with confidence, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and keep delivery on track from planning through to execution.
You'll be an exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, outcomes-focused approach. You're highly organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can confidently drive delivery and keep multiple initiatives moving forward.
A flexible delivery management toolkit enables you to adapt your approach to suit different projects, teams, and business needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all methodology. You will apply critical thinking, challenge assumptions, and ask the right questions to deliver successful outcomes.
Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence is essential, along with the ability to effectively manage work, track progress, and maintain clear communication across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide visibility of the portfolio delivery plan, monitor and report on delivery progress, milestones, and risks, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate across engineering, sales, operations, compliance and risk stakeholders, and external vendors and effectively manage their expectations.
Play an active role in quarterly planning cycles across Technology, including preparing quarterly inputs and supporting intra-quarter delivery activities. Producing clear, written project plans accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Actively diving into unclear or undefined problem spaces, asking the right questions to tease out requirements, dependencies, and risks, and bringing structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
Bring together cross-functional teams and drive momentum across delivery programs. Ensure priorities are clear, progress is smooth and risks are raised early.
Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or Business with strong technical acumen or equivalent work experience.
5+ years working as a Delivery Lead / Manager
Great communication, both verbally and written to all levels within the organisation
A track record of delivering impact across complex projects involving multiple teams, from requirements through to production, in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing multiple programmes simultaneously.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence
