About the role
As Finstro continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to accelerate our expansion through our third-party and strategic partner network.
You'll empower brokers and partners with compelling campaigns, sales enablement tools and marketing initiatives that build confidence in the Finstro brand and drive measurable commercial results.
Working at the intersection of marketing and sales, you'll create high-impact partner programs, strengthen our presence across the partner ecosystem, and play a key role in increasing customer acquisition and loan originations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product guides, flyers, case studies and training resources.
Work closely with the Third-Party and Partnerships teams to identify gaps in the sales process and develop assets that help increase conversion rates.
Own the partner EDM strategy, delivering campaigns that engage broker databases and partner networks to drive new customer acquisition.
Develop co-marketing campaigns with key partners that generate inbound opportunities and new originations.
Support partners with marketing kits and campaigns they can easily deploy to their own customer bases.
Lead the planning and execution of partner events, roundtables, broker sessions and industry activations.
Act as the point person for partner-facing events, ensuring experiences that strengthen relationships and drive new opportunities.
Track and report on the commercial impact of marketing activities
Experience and Skills Required:
Experience in non-bank lending, the broker market and/or financial services is highly desirable
3-5 years experience in marketing, sales enablement or partner marketing
Strong capability in developing sales collateral that drive conversion
Experience running partner marketing campaigns
Experience managing digital & in-person events, partner activations or industry engagements
Hands on experience with Canva and email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly desirable)
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with sales
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver at with speed, quality and accuracy
